Utilizing his expertise, educational training and experience, Winston A. McKenzie, Jr., qualifies to professionally appraise and provide value determinations for a variety of functions. These include insurance coverage and claims, personal and commercial bankruptcies, marital and business dissolutions, estate and gift tax valuations, casualty loss, purchase and sale of artwork, charitable contributions, appraisal review and expert testimony.
Mr. McKenzie is certified in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) principles and all appraisals meet or exceed this recognized standard. Appraisal assignments and clientele include several of the area's major lending institutions, insurance companies such as the Fireman's Fund and State Farm, law firms and certified public accountants.
Additional assignments have been completed for commercial property management firms, auctioneers, museums, the Small Business Administration and many notable individuals and businesses in Houston and surrounding areas.
